Quality Compliance

  • This is because the products produced in metal fabrication are often used in critical applications, such as in the construction of buildings, powerplants, etc
  • A robust quality control system is vital to the any operation and ensures that the products are made to the highest standards and meet the customer’s specific requirements.
  • TFC is an ISO 9001:2015 compliant company and ensure compliance at every stage.
Qualified QC Engineers
TFC has dedicated Quality Control Engineers at each of its 8 manufacturing units. They independently ensure the quality compliance at the units and interact and coordinate with the customer QC team.
Qualified Welders
WPS, PQR is available for a wide range of welding specifications and can be arranged for new specifications too. Welders are regularly qualified as per the customer specific requirements.


Calibrated Machinery
All the machines & instruments are regularly calibrated and maintained.






Qualified NDT Personnel
All units have competent Level II qualified NDT engineers for LPT & MPT.


Testing Kits
Inhouse calibrated testing machines and instruments are available for stage inspections. RT & UT testing available through 3rd party tie-up and through customer approved agencies.
NABL Testing Facility
Destructive & Non-destructive testing facility available through tie-ups with NABL approved labs.



Manufacturing Quality Plan
Each project is different and each customer’s quality requirements are different. We align our quality plan as per the customer specific quality plan.
